Predictions lock the moment a fixture kicks off. Once a match has started, its prediction can no longer be created or edited — this is deliberate, so nobody can predict a result they have already seen.

Scores are calculated automatically from the official match data as soon as a fixture finishes, and the official source sometimes corrects goals and assists hours later. If your points still look wrong the next day, email us with the gameweek and the fixture and we will check it.

By a published tie-break ladder: gameweek points, then Magicano Cards, then Super Magic Cards, then Magic Cards, then overall points, then the same card counts across the season, then the older account. You can read the full ladder in the app by tapping the information button on the Gameweek Winners screen.

Report it to us straight away with the league name and a screenshot. We review every report and aim to act within 24 hours. We remove content and permanently ban accounts for abuse, harassment, hate speech and sexual content.

Use Forgot Password on the login screen. We email a 4-digit code to your registered address; it expires after 15 minutes.

From inside the app: More › Settings › Delete Account. It is permanent and immediate. Full details are on our Delete Your Account page.
